Running in Istanbul

We stayed in a hotel near Taksim Square, so I did all my running near there.  I started near Taksim Square and then ran south on Istiklal Cd., a mostly pedestrian street, that has the nostalgic tram running down the middle.  In the mornings, there are also delivery vans parked on the street but it's still pretty easy to run as the street is reasonably wide.

Running in Cappadocia

We stayed in Goreme, the most central town in the Goreme National Park.  There are a number of dirt paths between the towns of Goreme and Cavusin.  Our hotel was relatively close to Muze Cd., which runs east out of town.  As you pass Cappadocia Adventures on the right, there will be a road to your left (i.e. going north).
